Welcome to AIRE Career OS ("the Service"), a product of MyJobFriend®. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Operating Entity

The Service is operated by Nine17 Solutions. Nine17 Solutions is the legal entity responsible for the operation, maintenance, and delivery of AIRE Career OS and all related services under the MyJobFriend® brand.

3. Trademark Notice

MyJobFriend® is a registered trademark owned by Nine17 Solutions. All rights reserved. The AIRE Career OS name, logos, and product names are trademarks of Nine17 Solutions. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.

4. Payments and Billing

All fees for paid subscriptions and services are collected by Nine17 Solutions via authorized payment partners (currently Razorpay for India). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Nine17 Solutions to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Nine17 Solutions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (resumes, job descriptions, profile information). By using the Service, you grant Nine17 Solutions a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, recommendations, and content. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs are provided "as is" and should be reviewed and edited by you before use. Nine17 Solutions is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Nine17 Solutions does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nine17 Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
