Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 28, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to AIRE Career OS ("the Service"), a product of MyJobFriend®, operated by Nine17 Solutions. It applies to customers worldwide. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer a clear money-back guarantee described below.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid (Pro) plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment, provided you have used fewer than 15 Career Actions in that period. This lets you genuinely try Pro while keeping the guarantee fair. Once a refund is approved, your account returns to the Free plan.

If you have already used 15 or more Career Actions, you have received substantial value from the Service and the payment is no longer eligible for a full refund (we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund).

3. Subscription Renewals

Renewal payments (after your first billing period) are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time on a renewed period.

4. EU, UK & Other Statutory Rights

Our 7-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary benefit. It is in addition to, and does not replace, any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy or our Terms excludes, restricts or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited. Where mandatory EU, UK or other consumer protections apply to you, those protections continue to apply notwithstanding that our Terms are governed by the laws of India. This includes rights relating to digital content or digital services that are faulty, not as described or otherwise non-conforming, and any withdrawal or cancellation right that has not been validly lost under applicable law.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@myjobfriend.com from the email address on your account, including:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The payment ID or receipt from your confirmation
  • The reason for your request (optional)

6. Processing & Timelines

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, in the original currency and amount charged. Once processed, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are processed through our payment partner (currently Razorpay).

7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We may decline a refund where we reasonably determine there has been fraud, abuse of the money-back guarantee (for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles), or a violation of our Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
